We count 1 KB as 1,000 bytes so the file passes every system, whether it counts 1,000 or 1,024 bytes per KB. A 100KB target gives at most 100,000 bytes, which your computer may show as about 97 KB.

These are the standard photo sizes on Thai application forms. At 300 dpi: 1-inch (2.5×3 cm) is 295×354 px, 1.5-inch (3×4 cm) is 354×472 px and 2-inch (5×6 cm) is 591×709 px. The photo is cropped from the center to the right proportions, so use a photo with your face in the middle.
